Michelle Mohler

Director of Operations

Michelle has 10+ years in the construction industry developing long-term operational strategies, leading marketing coordination efforts, and managing business development.  She also works closely with senior-level management overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations.

Favorite Activities: Making art and cooking/eating good food.

Shawn Fritz, AIA

Senior Project Manager

Shawn has over 25 years of experience as a Licensed Architect and Project Manager encompassing a wide variety of complex projects in the Bay Area with equally intricate project teams, including public agencies. As a project architect/manager he is responsible for managing all phases of projects from schematic design to construction administration including contracts, scheduling, staffing, budgets, permitting, design and documentation.

Favorite Activities: Attending Giants baseball games, cycling, golfing, and cooking for his family.

Omar Mutwakil

Senior Project Manager/Director of Estimating

Omar has a background in Civil Engineering and is a Licensed General Contractor with over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager and Estimator on a variety of different construction projects, including multifamily housing, senior living, student housing, education, hospitality and commercial/TI.  He leads cost estimating efforts from the conceptual to construction phase and manages projects through post-construction close-out.

Favorite Activities: Biking, taking walks, playing soccer, and spending time with his family.

Ben Kellman

Senior Project Manager/Principal

As a seasoned construction manager and contractor, Ben has had the privilege of immersing himself in the complex, fast-paced world of construction for over 30 years. Throughout the years, he has come to understand that every project is unique and holds its own set of challenges and opportunities. His commitment lies in providing you with a personalized approach that’s backed by hands-on experience, ensuring that your project receives the attention it truly deserves.

Favorite Activities: Cross-Fit, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Ben Kellman's Professional Credentials

Ben holds the CCM designation from CMAA (Certified Construction Manager) and LEED GA, demonstrating knowledge of green building practices and standards related to the design, construction, usage and maintenance of buildings. He has been continuously licensed as a general contractor since 1999 (license no. 762713.) 

Ben also serves on the City of Richmond Design Review Board.
